I always try not to, but I really hate bringing the issue of money into friendships. For the most part, I tend to let things go, and let people borrow money, and I can think of at least one person who owed me over $100, who never paid me back, with whom I just stopped bothering to ask for it back. Or never really did much in the first place. But for the most part, I assume people are honest and good and when they have the chance, they’ll pay me back.
Mostly just in general, when you have to bring money into whatever situation with friends, it kind of sucks. If you know what I mean.

It occurred to me, when I was talking to my friend about Local H, how much they tour, and how this must affect their lives. They played 360 shows in a year and a half, and I want to do that. But then what of a family? I’d never really heard either member talk about family before, and I imagine it’d have to be really hard… But I think I’d want that to be my life still. As I’ve said, I really don’t know what else I’d do with my life…. Even if I do get a family and am forced to settle down or whatever, or choose to really, because how can you force that, I’d still be writing the shit out of some symphonies or something. Music is my life.
I want to jam so bad right now.

My cement house cube is an echo chamber. It would sound great miked live, but It is too loud to practice in, because it seems the echoes are what leak through the windows and doors and such.
I need Ideas on how to hang or Prop tapestries and/or thick rugs on the walls. By the way, I think it is near impossible to hang stuff on my wall for one of two reasons.
1. The walls are probably cement.
2. I am (maybe?) not allowed to put holes in the wall due to my landlord.

They are coming again! I am so happy you guys. Sure, they are opening for a bunch of douchebags named Electric Six, but TO MAKE UP FOR IT THEY ARE PLAYING IN BOTH TUCSON AND TEMPE. And the Tempe spot will be like. 10 minutes from my new apartments. I AM JUST SO HAPPY.
And I will be 21 by then so nothing can really stop me!!

Today, I went to work and it lasted forever. I told myself I’d go to sleep earlier tonight so I would get more sleep for tomorrow, but I didn’t. I’m still up. Didn’t do a lot of anything productive. Oh well. Did watch the Venture Bros though… Felt sorry for myself and played video games.. Got angry at people all day. Not that angry though. Not really angry at all. Just disappointed. But I was still thinking about the day before, when I was getting a lot of support from my friends. I have some good friends sometimes.
In conclusion, Monday: FAILURE

Friday, saw the Dark Knight with some friends and went out for dinner. It was fun.
In conclusion, Friday: SUCCESS
Yesterday, work went by fairly quickly, as I had two of my favorite people to work with, Stephanie and Victoria. I also finished recording I song I started a long time ago. I added vocal harmonies, and it’s probably one of my most complete songs I’ve recorded. I also made sure to EQ it well. Ever since GarageBand added the visual EQ, my life has been significantly better.
In conclusion, Saturday: SUCCESS
Today was a lot of fun. Saw some musicals and had a good dinner with friends… But I did forget about The Venture Bros. Bleh. I’ll have to watch it tomorrow… That just brought the “A” grade down to an A-… Also, I don’t know if I’ve mentioned, but I did go throguh with the bullet point system. It is fun. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO YOU ALL

Well, I got my performance review today. I got a 3.2/5 and got a bit of a raise. More than Best Buy… Maybe… Well, either way, I wasn’t expecting it to be this big. Or that good of a review. But my manager made me feel good about myself. Said I always came in with a smile. Saw Chumscrubber. Ate shitty pizza at the mall…. Oh, got in an argument with my coworker about how he is pissed because I never work weekends and he always has to. Of all the people to get in an argument with at work, I never thought it’d be him. Haha. And it wasn’t really much of an argument, I guess.
In conclusion, Thursday: SUCCESS.
Sometimes I think I’m too horny for my own good.
